Here we introduce you to our Client Account Manager Tiffany Ng and point out why her role is integral to the success of The FIN Agency’s clients’ fundraising campaigns.


Describe your role at The FIN Agency

It’s my job to make sure the fundraising campaigns The FIN Agency develops and manages for our clients are performing and running smoothly. I liaise between our clients and the sub-contracted marketing companies that provide specialised fundraising services for our clients’ causes.


What is the best part of your job?

I enjoy working with our clients to collaborate, so we can improve their fundraising campaigns and engage more regular-giving donors. Delivering professional fundraising campaigns is a whole team effort and what we do together can make a huge impact on our clients’ causes which is hugely satisfying.


Why do you like working in the fundraising industry?

I am so passionate about professional fundraising and the benefits it brings to charities. What I like about working in this industry is watching our clients reach their fundraising goals. Whether they have raised enough money to purchase life-saving equipment or find a cure to a disease, knowing that I have contributed to the success of their regular-giving campaigns brings me so much joy.


What does a typical day look like for you?

Every single day is different, and that’s just the way I like it! From meeting our clients face to face or chatting over the phone to liaising with the sub-contracted marketing companies that deliver face-to-face services, no two days are ever the same. My workdays are flexible to accommodate for anything unexpected – sometimes campaigns need to be altered or I might need to take care of an issue. No matter what I’m faced with, it’s a great opportunity to utilise my multitasking skills and make sure everything is in order.


What's something about you that people would be surprised to learn?

I am a fountain pen enthusiast! Yes, it sounds incredibly strange, but have you ever experienced what it is like to write with a beautiful pen? Clearly, I am obsessed!


Your role is pretty fast-paced, what’s a strategy you use to stay focused?

I am definitely a pen and paper kind of girl and love a good old-fashioned to-do list.
